1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Twin Crush handles information when you play the game, view advertisements, manage privacy choices, or contact support.
Twin Crush is provided by Devlika (“we”, “us”, or “our”). For privacy questions or requests, contact devlika.official@gmail.com.
The game does not require an account. Gameplay progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Advertising and consent services involve separate processing described below.
2. Information handled by the game
Local gameplay information
The game stores your best score, highest stage, run count, skin unlock progress and selected skin, tutorial progress, language, audio settings, haptic preferences, and visual quality settings on your device. The game’s own save system does not upload this progress to a developer-operated server.
Your operating system may back up or restore app data according to your device and backup settings. Clearing app storage can reset your progress and preferences.
Advertising and technical information
Twin Crush uses Unity LevelPlay for advertising mediation. Depending on the enabled advertising partner, device settings, and privacy choices, advertising SDKs may process device or installation identifiers, advertising ID, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and operating-system details, app information, ad impressions, clicks, video interactions, and performance or diagnostic information.
These services use this information to deliver and measure advertisements, maintain their services, and detect invalid traffic or fraud. Personalized advertising may involve additional processing where permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements. Non-personalized advertising can still involve data processing.
Consent information
Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages applicable privacy messages and choices. It processes consent selections and related signals needed to determine and remember applicable privacy choices. Advertising partners receive or read relevant signals through the consent and mediation integrations.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, or screenshots. Please avoid sending passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
3. How information is used
- Save game progress and apply your preferences.
- Provide advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements that allow an eligible run to continue.
- Record and apply privacy choices.
- Measure advertising performance and protect against fraud or technical abuse.
- Respond to support and privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on consent, providing the service you request, legitimate interests such as support and fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Advertising providers explain their own processing and legal bases in their policies.
4. Advertising and service providers
The app integrates Unity LevelPlay and Google UMP. Google AdMob may serve advertisements through the LevelPlay AdMob adapter; this is separate from Google UMP’s consent function. Providers may process information on their own systems and under their own privacy policies.

Information about advertising providers and available privacy choices may also appear in the privacy message or the advertisement itself. You can contact Devlika for questions about the providers used by Twin Crush.
We may disclose support information when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a valid legal request, or protect rights and security. Advertising providers may share information with their service providers and advertising partners as described in their policies.
5. Your privacy choices
Where applicable, the game displays privacy messages using Google UMP. You can review the choices presented in that message. When UMP requires an ongoing privacy-options entry point, a Privacy Options control is available in the game’s Settings.
Where offered, you may change or withdraw consent through those controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal. Depending on the choices and applicable rules, advertisements may be limited, non-personalized, or unavailable. Rewarded continuation requires an available rewarded advertisement.
You can also review advertising-ID and advertising-privacy controls in Android settings. Available options vary by device and Android version. These controls do not necessarily remove information already held by a provider.
6. Retention and deletion
Local game data: information remains in app storage until it is cleared, replaced, or removed. You can clear Twin Crush storage through Android’s app settings or uninstall the game. Backup or restore settings may preserve or restore a copy. Clearing data resets local progress and preferences; it does not delete information already processed by advertising providers.
Support information: we retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request, maintain relevant support records, and meet legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
Advertising and consent information: providers apply their own retention periods and deletion procedures. Refer to the provider policies above or contact the relevant provider. You may also contact us for help identifying the appropriate provider.
No in-game account is created, so there is no game-account deletion process.
7. Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Some regions also provide rights to opt out of certain targeted advertising or sale/sharing as defined by local law.
Use the available privacy controls and contact devlika.official@gmail.com to make a request. We may need limited information to verify and respond to it. If a provider independently holds the information, its privacy-request process may also apply. We do not maintain a central copy of your locally stored game progress.
8. Children’s privacy
Children’s personal information receives additional protection under applicable law. We do not ask players to submit their name, date of birth, or contact details to play Twin Crush. This does not mean advertising services process no information; their processing is described above.
We do not knowingly collect or use children’s personal information in violation of applicable law. If we learn that information has been provided to us without legally required parental authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete it or otherwise handle it as required by law. Parents and guardians may contact us about access to or deletion of a child’s information held by us, or for help directing a request to an advertising provider.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information that requires attention, contact devlika.official@gmail.com so we can review the concern and take appropriate action.
9. Security and international processing
Local game information is stored using Android’s app storage. Advertising and consent providers use their own systems and security measures. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Providers may process information outside your country. Their policies describe processing locations, applicable safeguards, and international transfer arrangements. Contact us if you have questions about information you have sent directly to us.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game, its services, or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will show a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
